Mr. Nakash has kept a strong focus on the financial side of the business and studied in Harvard prestigious School of Business.

Successfully Mr Nakash acquired thousands of units using his astute knowledge and creativity to bring together successfull relationships with larger equity funds.

Nakash has shifted his focus from existing multifamily properties to construction of Class A properties.
