Coastline-Nakash Equity Capital Group finances Real Estate projects as Equity Partners by creating Joint Ventures with all of our Principals. We specialize in Apartment Complexes as well as New Construction projects throughout all of North America. ABOUT THE FUND

Our fund is a Private Capital Fund. This Private Fund and Joint Venture focuses on Equity, Preferred, and Senior Capital Projects. Our family members decided to turn our Real Estate investment into a Joint Venture Equity Partnership with Professional Sponsors. We made the decision that instead of buying properties and managing them, we wanted to be partners with the professionals that manage them.

Our Capital can be made available, in most cases, within 48 hours, once we underwrite the transaction and get it signed off by its own independent committee. We can arrive, in many cases, with up to 97% of the entire Capital resource required by the transaction
