Mr. Mehaber possesses over 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Stock Trading, currency and business finance. As president of Coastline Management Group Inc, he had successfully identified, acquired and managed numerous real estate opportunities specializing in commercial and income producing properties.

Mr. Mehaber’s ability to identify and rehabilitate undervalued properties has resulted in the successful acquisition and completion of 30+ investments with the last twenty years producing partners return rates that exceed triple digits.

Prior to his current position, he spent six years as a commercial real estate agent for Capital Commercial Group Inc, where he was responsible for selling over $100 million in income producing real estate and was officially recognized as the Highest Selling Newcomer in 1988, Top Listing Agent from 1998 to 2003 and Top Earning Agent from 1999 to 2003.

In 2002, Mr. Mehaber began to acquire multi-family apartment buildings in South Florida. His main focus was to find the right value added asset, acquire it, stabilize it, increase the rents, decrease the expenses, then re-finance and hold for continued cash flow. Currently, Mr. Mehaber has successfully acquired 1000+ units in South Florida.

Mr. Mehaber is consistently evaluating opportunities in the marketplace, regarding both product and financing. He has cultivated numerous banking relationships that he has developed through his varied experiences.
